Search/Ordering

How do I search for the item I want?

The easiest way to search for an item you want is to go into the product categories on the right hand side of most pages.

If you are specifically looking for a certain colour of product or one that is not shown in the drop down boxes on the homepage you can search the product you desire in the search box. The search box is located in the top right hand corner of the screen. This will pull all the products in every category, which match your key words, which you have inputted.

How do I place an order?

Whilst you are browsing the website if you see anything that you would like to purchase when you are in the product information area, simply click the “Add To Basket” button. This will then show in your shopping bag in the top right hand of the screen. Once you have finished browsing the shop please click on the shopping basket. This will then bring you to the shopping bag overview area and you can just follow the onscreen requests.

Can I change the details of an order once it is placed?

Unfortunately once an order has been placed and a confirmation email has been sent we cannot change any part of the order.

Payment/Delivery

Which Methods of Payment Can I Use?

We accept the following methods of payment : Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Delta, Visa Electron, Solo, Paypal.

All payments are completed through trusted PayPal, you do not have to be a member to pay through PayPal.

When will my order be dispatched?

Once payment has cleared your order will be dispatched. You shall receive a confirmation email of all products plus date of delivery.
